    3. Brief description of the main structure:

    3.1 Lathe bed - workbench

    (1) The bed workbench, including the columns, beams, saddles, spindle boxes and other large parts described below, are all cast using high-strength cast iron materials and resin sand processes. These large parts are designed optimally with the aid of three-dimensional computer software, and the ribs are reasonably arranged to improve the stiffness and strength of the large parts.

    (2) Lathe bed - imported heavy-duty roller linear guides , with good accuracy retention, high workbench sensitivity, high precision, and excellent servo drive performance; at the same time, it has large load-bearing capacity and good cutting vibration resistance, which can improve the performance characteristics of machine tools , improve the accuracy and accuracy stability of the machine tool and the service life of the machine tool.

    (3) X-axis drive - the servo motor rotates the ball screw ( X-axis specification above 3 meters) through the planetary reducer , driving the worktable to move forward and backward on the bed to realize the X- axis feed motion, and the screw is pre-stretched , to improve the stiffness of the screw pair.

    3.2 Cross beam

    (1) The crossbeam guide rail adopts a vertical cross layout with excellent mechanical properties, which can greatly improve the cutting accuracy and rigidity, ensure that the crossbeam has sufficient bending stiffness and torsional stiffness, and the machine tool can meet heavy-load cutting.

    (2) The crossbeam guide rail pair adopts imported heavy-duty roller linear guide rails , which have good accuracy retention, are suitable for heavy cutting, and have good operating stability.

    (3) Y-axis drive - the servo motor drives the ball screw, and the ball screw drives the sliding saddle to move left and right on the beam to achieve Y-axis feed motion.

    3.3 Spindle box

    (1) The spindle box uses a linear rail ram, and the Z-axis uses imported heavy-duty roller linear guides, which have good shock absorption and ensure smooth cutting during processing.

    (2) Z-axis drive - the servo motor drives the ball screw , and the ball screw drives the main spindle box to move up and down on the sliding saddle to achieve Z-axis feed. The Z-axis motor has an automatic brake function. In the event of a power outage, the automatic brake will hold the motor shaft tightly so that it cannot rotate.

    (3) The spindle box components adopt a balancing mechanism to ensure the stability of the spindle box movement.

    (4) The spindle group is produced by a professional factory in Taiwan and has high precision and high performance. The spindle gripper relies on the disc spring on the spindle to act on the rivet of the tool handle through the four-petal claw broach mechanism with tensioning force. The tool and the spindle taper hole are closely matched to achieve the tool grip.

    (5) The machine tool has spindle orientation function.

    3.4 Pneumatic system

    Mainly used for tool clamping ; spindle center blowing; spindle front end seal blowing.

    3.5 Machine tool protection

    The bed guide rail ( X-axis) of the machine tool adopts a stainless steel telescopic protective cover; the cross-beam guide rail (Y-axis) adopts an organ-type protection; the entire machine tool adopts full protection to prevent and coolant from splashing, so that the operator can operate in a safe and comfortable environment.     3.6 Lubrication system

    (1) The three coordinate bearings adopt grease lubrication.

    (2) The ball screw pairs adopt automatic thin oil lubrication.

    (3) The three-coordinate guide rail pair has automatically controlled lubrication points. The lubricating oil is diverted to lubricate the guide rail pair, and the action is automatically controlled by the CNC system.

    3.7 Balanced system

    A liquid nitrogen balance mechanism is used to ensure the stability of the movement of the spindle box, and a hydraulic cylinder is used to loosen the knife -disc spring tensioning automatic broaching device.

    3.8 Cooling system

    The end of the ram spindle has an external cooling function for the tool, and the coolant is generally a non-corrosive liquid such as emulsion or light mineralized oil.

    3. 9 Special heat exchanger for electric control box 

    The heat exchanger of the electric control box is installed in a sealed manner, so there is no convection of air inside and outside; it can prevent moisture, oil, gas, and dust from entering the electric control box; it is simple, lightweight, does not take up space, and is easy to maintain.
