1. Overview of machine tools
Ordinary lathes can undertake various turning tasks. In addition to turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, end faces and other rotating surfaces, they can also turn various commonly used metric, inch, module and diameter threads. They can also perform drilling, reaming and oil groove pulling. The precision of the processed parts is that the roundness error is ≤ 0.01mm , the cylindricity error is ≤ 0.02mm on the 200mm measuring length , and good surface roughness can be obtained. At the same time, there are also complete special configurations such as metric or imperial feed transmission systems, manual brakes and foot brakes for users to choose from.
The CW series ordinary horizontal lathe is suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other rotating surfaces, turning various metric, inch, module and diameter threads, and can perform drilling and oil groove pulling. It is very versatile. The horizontal lathe is widely used for batch processing of various shaft and disc parts.
The operation of the machine tool is flexible and centralized, and the slide plate is equipped with a quick-moving mechanism. It adopts single-handle visual operation, which is pleasant and user-friendly.
The structural stiffness and transmission stiffness of the machine tool are higher than those of ordinary lathes, and the power utilization rate is high, making it suitable for powerful cutting.
