    1. Overview of machine tools

The precision of the processed parts is that the roundness error is ≤ 0.01mm , the cylindricity error is ≤ 0.02mm on the 200mm measuring length , and good surface roughness can be obtained. At the same time, there are also complete special configurations such as metric or imperial feed transmission systems, manual brakes and foot brakes for users to choose from.

    The CW series ordinary horizontal lathe is suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other rotating surfaces, turning various metric, inch, module and diameter threads, and can perform drilling and oil groove pulling. It is very versatile. The horizontal lathe is widely used for batch processing of various shaft and disc parts.
