1. Main uses of machine tools
This series of machine tools is suitable for various turning tasks, such as turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces , conical surfaces, end faces and other rotating surfaces, turning various threads - metric, inch, module and diameter threads, and can also drill holes. Works such as reaming and pulling oil grooves.
The CA6140 ordinary lathe is the basic type of this series. Its economical processing accuracy is IT6-IT7 level, and the surface roughness of the processed parts can reach Ra1.6μm or more. It is suitable for various types of mechanical processing workshops.
CA6150, CA6161, CA6166 and CA6180 ordinary lathes have all the performance of the basic products. Due to the increased center height of the machine tool, the rotation diameter of the workpiece is increased, which expands the use range of the machine tool.
CA6240, CA6250 and CA6261, CA6266 and CA6280 saddle lathes have a detachable saddle and a faceplate on the bed, which is particularly convenient when processing flat parts or deformed parts. It is suitable for single parts, small batches and multiple Variety of machine shops.
CA6140B, CA6150B, CA6161B, CA6166B, CA6180B large-aperture ordinary lathes, CA6240B, CA6250B, CA6261B, CA6266B and CA6280B large-aperture saddle lathes belong to the B series. This series of lathes maintains all the performance of the model lathe. In addition, the diameter of the spindle through hole has been expanded to 80 mm, which is suitable for processing extra long and thick bars and pipes.
CA6150C, CA6161C, CA6166C, CA6180C large-aperture ordinary lathes, CA6250C, CA6261C, CA6266C and CA6280C large-aperture saddle lathes all belong to the C series. In addition to maintaining all the performance of the model lathe, this series of lathes has a through-hole spindle. The diameter is expanded to 105 mm, suitable for processing extra long and thick bars and pipes.
