Product Description
1. Overall layout of the machine tool
The VMC 850 vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout. The column is fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction). The sliding seat moves vertically along the bed (Y direction). The workbench moves along the sliding seat. The chair moves horizontally (X direction).
Large parts such as the bed body, worktable, slide seat, column, and spindle box are made of high-strength cast iron materials, and the shapes are made of resin sand technology. They are aged twice to eliminate stress. These large parts are used in the optimized design of software and Ansys to improve the stiffness and stability of the large parts and the entire machine, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.
2Drag system
The X, Y, and Z axes adopt roller-type linear guides (gantry machining center), which have low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, no crawling at low speeds, high positioning accuracy, and excellent servo drive performance, which improves the precision, accuracy and stability.
X, Y, and Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to elastic couplings and high-precision ball screws, reducing intermediate connecting rods to achieve gap-free transmission, flexible feeding, accurate positioning, and high transmission precision.
The Z-axis servo motor has an automatic locking function. In the event of a power outage, it can automatically hold the motor shaft tightly to prevent it from rotating, thus providing safety protection.
3 spindle groups
The spindle group is produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan and has high precision and high stiffness. The bearing adopts P4 grade special bearing for spindle. After the entire spindle was assembled under constant temperature conditions, it passed the dynamic balance correction and operation test, which improved the service life and reliability of the entire spindle.
The spindle can realize stepless speed regulation within its speed range. The spindle is controlled by the motor's built-in encoder, which can realize spindle positioning and rigid tapping functions.
4 tool magazine
The manipulator tool set is used and installed on the side of the column. The blade disk is driven by a roller cam mechanism and is positioned during the tool change process. After the spindle reaches the tool change position, it is transferred by the robot tool changer ( ATC). ATC is a roller cam mechanism that can operate at high speed, making the tool changing process fast and accurate.
5. Cut off the cooling system
Equipped with a large-flow cooling pump and a large-capacity water tank to fully ensure circulating cooling. Cooling pump power: 0.4Kw, pressure: 1.2bar.
The end face of the spindle box is equipped with a cooling nozzle, which can be water-cooled or air-cooled and can be switched at will. The cooling process can be controlled via M code or control panel.
The cleaning air gun is configured to clean machine tools.
6Pneumatic system
The pneumatic triplet can filter impurities and moisture in the air source to prevent damage to impure gases and corrosion of machine tool parts. The solenoid valve group is controlled by a PLC program to ensure that actions such as shaft unclamping, shaft center blowing, shaft clamping, and shaft air cooling can be completed quickly and accurately.
7Machine tool protection
This machine tool adopts a protective chamber that meets safety standards to prevent coolant from splashing, ensuring safe operation and beautiful appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the machine tool, and to protect the guide rails and ball lines from wear and corrosion.
8 Lubrication system
The guide rail and ball screw auxiliary are centralized automatic thin oil lubrication. Each node is equipped with a quantitative oil distributor, which regularly and quantitatively injects oil into each lubricating part to ensure that all smooth surfaces are uniformly lubricated, effectively reducing friction resistance, improving movement accuracy, and ensuring the ball Service life of screw assist and guide rails.
9Emission system
The iron pieces produced during the processing fall directly into the protection chamber, and the inner slope structure of the protection allows the iron pieces to slide smoothly into the chip discharge tank, and then the iron pieces are transferred to the chip receiving car through the spiral plate separator, which is simple, practical and economical.
